Directions to Comedy School

All comedy classes are taught at the world-famous DC Improv, in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. The street address is 1140 Connecticut Ave., N.W. (in between L and M streets).

From the Metro
If you're traveling by Metro, use the Farragut North station on the red line. When you exit the Metro, head north on Connecticut Ave. (toward Dupont Circle). The Improv is 1/2 a block down the street, on the left side.

Driving from 395 in Virginia:
395/14th Street Bridge
14th St. Bridge to K St.
Left on K St.
At 17th St. get onto access road running parallel to K St. (Can't turn onto Connecticut Ave. from main roadway) Access road will force you to turn right onto Connecticut Ave.
1 1/2 blocks on the left

Driving from I-66 / Roosevelt Bridge:
I-66/Roosevelt Bridge
Take "E" Street exit off of Roosevelt Bridge
Follow "E" Street to 18th Street
Make a left onto 18th Street
Make a right onto L Street
One block to Connecticut Ave. - make a left
1/2 block on the left

Driving from Rockville / I-270:
Rockville/I-270
Beltway to Connecticut Ave., exit towards Chevy Chase
Follow Connecticut Ave. all the way down to 1140

Driving from Andrews Air Force Base:
Suitland Parkway to Pennsylvania Ave.
Make a right on 14th Street.
See directions (above) from 14th Street.
